How Does it Work?

Our internet service is something called Fixed Point Wireless service. It works by installing an antenna on your property that has a direct Line-of-Sight (LoS) to a tower with another antenna installed. Unlike satellite service, these towers are on the ground so it is not enough to be able to see the southern sky. To find out if you can get service, please sign up using the New Inquiry Process.

If you pre-qualify for service; an In The Stix customer representative will be in contact with you to obtain permission for ITX to perform a free site survey to confirm that you can get service and the available speeds for your location.
